Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through live chat, email, and telephone. Address and resolve customer inquiries related to gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues effectively. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses. Document all customer interactions accurately to help improve overall service quality. Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the gaming experience. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our gaming products and industry trends. Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset. Previous experience in customer service, especially within the iGaming industry, is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with customer service software and platforms is beneficial. Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new lifestyle and culture.
