About the role Our client, one of the world’s most loved online gambling brands, is on the lookout for Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisors who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy turning every customer interaction into a positive experience. You’ll be the friendly voice and helping hand for customers worldwide — assisting with betting, payments, and account queries via Live Chat, email, and phone . Your role will be all about providing solutions, guidance, and a world-class experience every time. This is a full-time position for someone adaptable, motivated, and ready to work in sync with the sporting calendar. Expect a varied schedule — evenings, weekends, and public holidays — but also the satisfaction of being part of something exciting and dynamic.
