Salary & Benefits:
Monthly Base Salary: €1500 gross per 14 months
Attendance bonus: €120month per 11months
Meal Allowance (net): €7.63/day
Health Insurance: Provided from day 1 (free after 6 months)
Work Schedule:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00 (rotational shifts)
Weekends: Saturday and Sunday, 08:00–17:00
Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers through phone, email, and chat regarding their orders, subscriptions, and invoices.
Deliver a superior customer experience, ensuring all queries are resolved with high-quality service.
Monitor and follow up on customer issues until fully resolved, adhering to agreed deadlines.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless resolution of customer requests.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Language Skills: Native Danish with excellent formal speech and strong writing skills; English proficiency at a B2 level.
Experience: Previous Customer Service experience is mandatory.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal, writing, and communication abilities.
Problem-solving mindset with great attention to detail.
Proficiency in using customer support tools and communication platforms.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-savvy environment.

Relocation support:
Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent and all utility bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)
