Assist customers with inquiries regarding account setup, orders, billing, and technical troubleshooting. Ensure first-contact resolution while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Document and escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams when necessary. What We Are Looking For Language Proficiency: Native or C1/C2 level in Norwegian , plus strong command of English (B2+) . Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities. Mindset: Customer-first attitude with strong attention to detail and empathy. Eligibility: EU/EEA citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal. (Previous experience in customer care or technical support is a plus, but paid training is provided!)
