We're hiring a Dutch-speaking Technical Customer Success Manager to join a global technology project in Lisbon , Portugal. In this role, you'll help business customers maximize their cloud solutions while combining technical consulting with customer success. Location Lisbon, Portugal On-site What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of business customers. Act as a trusted technical advisor. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Support customers with cloud adoption and technical solutions. Drive customer growth and long-term success. Maintain CRM records and pipeline management. Requirements Native/Fluent Dutch (C2) Good English (B2+) Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Technical Support, Cloud, or IT. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Interest in cloud technologies and digital transformation.
