We know that this analytics pipeline does not live in a vacuum. Getting to meaningful numbers requires more than just the right methods; it calls for understanding the people, policies, data, and systems involved. With this approach, our small but fast-growing team is having a big impact taking on challenges in healthcare program integrity – safeguarding programs like Medicare and Medicaid by preventing fraud, waste, and abuse. About the Role: Fundamentally, this role is for someone who likes solving problems with data. To take these analytic projects from end to end, we need your help in: Context : Understanding the client’s problem and identifying the right research questions Data : Corralling the data needed for analysis by cleaning, linking, and structuring large datasets Analysis : Deploying the right analytic tool for the job and interpreting the results Delivery : Bringing the results together in a narrative and communicating it effectively Qualifications: We are growing rapidly and looking for people at all stages of their careers, from new grads to analytics experts. Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent technical training Programming: Basic to intermediate experience with Python, SQL, or R Analysis: Exceptional problem-solving skills with an understanding of statistical/social science research methods This position is full-time onsite.
