Design and develop generative AI models to enhance personalization in recommendations and user experiences. 2. Implement advanced machine learning algorithms to personalize user interactions in real-time, improving customer engagement. 3. Apply clustering and segmentation techniques to understand customer behavior and drive hyper-personalized marketing strategies. 4. Analyze large-scale datasets to uncover insights and optimize personalization efforts, enhancing decision-making. 5. Design and conduct experiments to test personalized experiences, iteratively optimizing models for better performance. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered personalization solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals. 7. Ensure scalability and optimization of personalization models for high-performance environments, processing large datasets efficiently. 8. Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure high accuracy and reliability, aligning with business objectives. 9. Stay updated with advancements in generative AI and machine learning, contributing to the data science community through research and publications. 10. Develop data-driven strategies to enhance customer-collector/channel engagement, improving resolution rates and reducing operational costs. 11. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering skill development and innovation. 12. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of AI initiatives, supporting business growth.
