主な責任

担当地域内のすべての関係者と、あらゆるレベルにおいて常に良好な顧客関係を構築・維持する。定期的に顧客訪問を行う。

担当地区内のすべてのカスタマーエンジニアを管理、指導、監督します。給与計画、キャリアプランニング、必要に応じた是正措置、目標設定、業績評価を担当します。全従業員に正式な最新情報を提供します。業務内容、新規採用者、新製品について報告します。任意のゲストスピーカーを招聘できます。

業務に必要なレポートを作成する。製品部門との主要な窓口となり、技術サポート、トレーニング、スペアパーツ、信頼性に関する業務を担う。

CSDアワードプログラムを四半期ごとに結果（選挙、発表）に基づいて監視します。また、すべての新人エンジニアに明確なメンターが割り当てられるよう、「メンター」プログラムを監視します。

エスカレーション手順を実行します。

地区セールスエンジニアとのアカウントプランニングを担当。CSDマネジメント、営業、フィールドエンジニアリングに対し、システム販売に関するサポートプランを提供する。担当地区の財務予測を担当。担当地区のコスト効率化を担当。財務実績に基づいて評価される。

システム設置の責任者。計画、報告、実行、事前設備会議、起動会議、プロセスサポートの特定を担当。

RMA手続きを管理します。エンジニアの有効性を測定します。顧客エンジニアの作業時間追跡の正確性、理解、更新を管理します。個人的な相互チェックと署名を行い、顧客エンジニアを評価し、顧客エンジニアに対して是正措置を講じます。

機能的知識

• 状況やデータの分析において関連要因の検討が必要となる問題に取り組む。

ビジネスに関する専門知識

• 目標と達成プロセスを含む目的の形で業務指示を受け取ります。部署または下位部署の方針変更を提案します。管理職は業務をレビューし、目標達成度を評価します。

• 確立された方針および経営陣の指示に従って従業員に指示を与える。部下従業員に直接影響を与える会社の方針を管理する。

• 定められた手順と方針の範囲内で判断を下し、適切な行動を決定する。
