Job Summary

The Dealer Marketing Campaign Lead partners with the North American Marketing team to drive lead generation and digital marketing performance across the Harley-Davidson Dealer network. This role plays a critical part in leading full funnel dealer marketing campaigns from strategy and execution to optimizations with strong focus on conversion, performance insights and ROI.

Working closely with the Dealer Digital Marketing Manager, the Dealer Marketing Campaign Lead will drive ongoing growth of the Dealer Digital Program with a priority focus on Media. Success in this role requires strong knowledge in media, retail marketing expertise, analytical thinking and strong collaboration skills to help dealers achieve meaningful, measurable results.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of the Dealer’s Advertising Program through dealer enrollment, lead generation, campaign development, innovative advertising resources and overall program measurement and ROI tracking.
  • Develop full-funnel dealer media strategies across channels (search, social, display, video, CRM, etc.)
  • Conceptualize and implement a diverse range of dealer advertising resources, working closely with dealer’s, internal marketing and digital teams to ensure campaign continuity and execution throughout the customer journey.
  • Drive media optimization strategies leveraging performance data to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Evaluate and introduce new/emerging media channels, platforms, and ad tech based on dealer need and industry performance
  • Subject Matter Expert on the Dealer Digital Program and Retail Marketing. This person will serve as a point of contact for the field team and dealers.
  • Support Dealer Marketing Campaign Manager on the Dealer Digital Program growth strategy.
  • Understand the current dealer network environment, needs and opportunities to increase dealer participation and media education
  • Manage the media agency of record to ensure all dealer digital media projects are executed in a timely fashion, lead gen reporting is provided regularly, and resources are being used optimally.
  • Work cross-departmentally to help establish & execute effective new model year and carry over marketing campaigns.

Experience Requirements

  • This position typically requires 8 (eight) years of related experience developing, coordinating, or managing retail consumer-facing digital marketing. This experience will provide incumbents with:
  • Strong digital advertising knowledge and experience in retail sales environments, preferably in the motorsports industry.
  • Proven track record of researching, developing, and implementing historical and/or topic-specific, formal, and informal programming in multiple formats for a variety of audiences.
  • Prior project and budget management experience.
  • Excellent organizational and computer skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and relate well to individuals with a variety of backgrounds.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective negotiation skills and proven collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Ability to use sound judgement and discretion in dealing with sensitive and/or confidential information matters.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
