What you’ll be doing
- Advise on complex sponsor-backed and cross-border acquisition financings across Asia
- Support leveraged finance transactions for private equity sponsors and international lenders
- Work closely with regional partners on high-profile financing matters
- Gain direct exposure to sophisticated cross-border deal execution within a growing practice
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years’ PQE within leveraged finance, banking or sponsor finance
- Experience gained at a leading international, Magic Circle or top-tier law firm
- England & Wales or Australian qualification preferred
- Strong drafting capability with confidence operating in client-facing environments
