We are seeking PhD-level experts to join our Central R&D Institute, Da Vinci Lab, New Laser Product Center, Digital Imaging Product Center, and Supply Chain Platform.

Open Positions

1. Central R&D Institute – General Technology R&D

Research and manage common technologies related to segmented scenarios, including but not limited to precision machinery, high-speed and high-precision motion control, electrical engineering, advanced optics, laser technology, image processing, electronic testing, and software algorithms.
Conduct fundamental research, tackle key technical challenges, and integrate solutions and technical resources across the company.
Disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Physical Optics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Software, Motion Control.

2. Da Vinci Lab – Product Research

Maximize customer value across segmented scenarios; identify industry trends and acquire industry resources.
Integrate client requirements and assess feasibility for internal implementation.
Vertical scenarios: ① Communication and Computing Wafers ② Consumer Electronics and Quick-turn PCB ③ Optical Module HDI ④ Flexible PCB.
Horizontal functions: Laboratory operations, substrate and consumables co-development, functional component research.

3. New Laser Product Center (2025 Lab) – Laser Processing

Laser technology pre-research, picosecond technology, and laser software.

4. Digital Imaging Product Center – Laser Imaging

Laser Direct Imaging (LDI) technology applied to PCB inner-layer and outer-layer patterning.

5. Supply Chain Platform – Project Management

End-to-end supply chain project management, including procurement, quality, production, and digitalization.

Requirements

PhD in Optics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
Background in Optics, Mechanics, Electronics, Software, or Algorithms is welcome.
Fresh graduates and experienced professionals are both encouraged to apply.
