What You'll Be Doing

• Advise on sophisticated domestic and cross-border debt financing transactions
• Work across multiple finance products, clients and sectors alongside four partners
• Gain exposure to banks, credit funds, private capital providers and corporate borrowers
• Take increasing responsibility for transactions as your technical and commercial judgement develops

What You'll Bring

• 2-4 years' PQE within a strong banking, debt finance or broader finance practice
• Solid experience advising on financing transactions
• Strong technical foundations with the ability to develop across different debt products
• Mandarin capability is advantageous, but not essential
