About the role

As our Delivery Project Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in orchestrating and managing the delivery of our portfolio of technologies. You'll be the driving force behind turning ideas into reality, ensuring that every project is executed seamlessly and reaches its full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Manager in leading the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation actions as required.
• Ensure compliance with contractual commitments, governance processes, and reporting requirements.
• Manage project budgets, resources, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive customer satisfaction through successful project execution and timely delivery.
• Oversee project financial performance, including budget control, milestone validation, invoicing, and cash collection, to support revenue and profitability targets.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Networks, IT, Industrial, Chemical, or similar) or Project Management in a technical context.
• Typically 3-5+ years' experience in PMO or project management in a technical context.
• Experience working with external vendors, industrial partners, suppliers and technology partners.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven tracking record with direct interface with customers.
• Understanding of HW/SW solutions, complex systems, quality management systems, manufacturing processes and supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
