They already work with top labs across high-impact capability areas and are expanding into new domains. The Role

You would own a single data pipeline vertical end-to-end, becoming the expert on its platform and contributor network and keeping the whole operation running accurately and on time. This is a hands-on operational role, not a strategy or slide-deck seat.

What you'll be doing

Own a data pipeline vertical end-to-end, learning the platform, categories, and workflow in depth
Manage a contributor network to keep quality and output high
QA 50–100+ data tasks daily, catching errors and triaging with engineering and support
Coordinate across engineering, support, contributors, and clients to resolve issues quickly
Build and refine operational workflows to keep data accurate

Tech stack: AI tools, Excel

Requirements

1–2 years in an operationally intense role such as investment banking, consulting, or operations at a high-growth startup
A track record of hands-on, in-the-weeds execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Exceptional attention to detail, comfortable reviewing large volumes of tasks for quality
Highly proactive and independent, able to identify and solve problems without hand-holding
Willing to work extended hours during peak periods (roughly 55–75 hours/week at peaks)
Degree from a strong (top-50) university; a quantitative major is a plus but not required
