You will work closely with customers and partner with product and engineering teams to turn complex workflows into scalable solutions.
What You'll Do

Collaborate with product and engineering to translate legacy processes into scalable software solutions.
Make sound decisions when information is incomplete and deployment needs vary by customer.
Develop playbooks, tools, and processes to make future deployments faster and more scalable.

Three to six years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, hedge funds, or a high-growth startup.
Experience with SQL, Python, data warehousing, and AI coding agents, along with active use of AI tools in day-to-day work.
Background in fintech or adjacent operationally complex industries is relevant.
Strong ownership, initiative, and comfort working through ambiguity.
An undergraduate degree from a highly selective institution or an international equivalent.
A stable employment history; sustained tenure and promotions within an organization are valued.
