All while building a community of forward-thinking industry leaders around our brand. Your Mission & Who We Are Looking For: Significant experience in a creative leadership role. You come from a Creative Director, Art Director, or Principal Designer background within tech, B2B SaaS, AdTech, or a top-tier agency leading enterprise tech accounts. You have a proven track record of rolling out, stewarding, or iterating a major brand refresh on a global scale. At adjoe, you'll report directly to the VP of Marketing and take complete ownership to bring our brand to life. Player-coach by nature. You set high-level creative direction and roll up your sleeves to execute alongside your team when needed. You're equally comfortable in Figma or the Adobe Creative Suite as you are leading a creative review. You'll lead a small, efficient team of 4-5 designers in Hamburg and Singapore, providing clear creative direction, establishing efficient workflows, and fostering their professional growth across time zones. Global execution is your standard. You oversee visual output across all marketing channels — ensuring absolute consistency across Americas, EMEA, and APAC. No detail is too small, whether it's a major international event booth or localized digital performance assets. Translates commercial objectives into design. You partner closely with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, and Content to turn complex business goals into high-converting, elegant, and functional design assets. You understand the difference between beautiful and effective — and you deliver both. Builds systems, not just assets. You develop scalable design templates, asset libraries, and clear brand guidelines that empower external freelancers, regional teams, and internal stakeholders to create on-brand materials without constant oversight. Strong portfolio across multiple mediums.
