Job Requirements DGM- Structures (Seeking candidates with 15+ years of experience with Master’s degree preferred) Structural coordination and review of low to high-rise buildings, residential and commercial; for achieving safe and economical designs. Managing multiple projects independently. Attending coordination meetings; interacting with architects and structural consultants. Monitoring project progress. Target and track structural consumption. Preparation of ETABS and SAFE models for concept/schematic level studies. RCC estimation in concept schematic phases for assessing cost impact of structural schemes. Review of structural models and reinforcement in design development and GFC phase for optimization. Site visits if required for field issues. Target and track structural consultants performance. Work Experience ETABS, SAFE, RCDC, Excel software proficiency. Autocad, Revit working knowledge Experience of working on high-rise buildings. Sound technical knowledge. Communication skills Project management experience.
