About the Role As a Dialysis Nurse , you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with kidney disease. This is a relocation-friendly RN opportunity offering career growth, collaboration, and meaningful impact. Key Responsibilities : Deliver care to patients undergoing hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis in acute and chronic care settings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, effective dialysis treatments and patient satisfaction. Monitor and assess patients conditions before, during, and after dialysis. Educate patients and their families about managing kidney health and long-term care plans. Uphold the standards of the Texas Nurse Practice Act and maintain professional nursing practices. Ideal Candidate Profile Education : Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing . Experience : Minimum 1 year of acute care experience . Licenses/Certifications : Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (open to all states; support for Texas licensure provided). CPR-BCLS certification ( ACLS required before completing orientation). Skills : Strong understanding of the nursing process and ability to deliver patient-centered care . Experience working with therapeutic equipment and electronic medical records (EMR) .
