PROJECT: Support Businesses in the World of Social Media Advertising!

Join an international digital advertising project supporting business clients on two of the world's leading social media platforms.

You will work with existing customers only (no cold calling), helping them improve campaign performance, increase online visibility and make the most of digital advertising tools. Experience is a plus in any kind of Client-related role, but full training is provided.

As a customer advisor you will:

• Support existing business clients and private advertisers and build strong client relationships (only inbound)
• Help advertisers improve and optimize their digital campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend suitable solutions
• Guide customers through platform tools and advertising features: setting up, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns for better performance
• Collaborate with internal teams in an international environment

Competitive monthly salary with bonuses:

• 1150 EUR gross/month - base salary
• 50 EUR - fixed Office Allowance
• 150 EUR gross/month - fixed project bonus
• Sales bonus of 250 EUR (paid quarterly), your performance has a direct impact!
• 2 additional salaries per year (+2.300 EUR gross) - 1st in Christmas, half in Easter & half in Summer
• Daily meal voucher in Up Hellas Mastercard - 3 EUR net per worked day, increasing to 6 EUR net per day after one year
• 9 Country Holiday Leaves on top of standard

Your monthly gross salary: 1350 EUR -1600 EUR gross + meal voucher & 2 additional salaries/year!

What we expect:

• Fluent Italian (C2 - native speaker)
• Strong knowledge of English (at least B2 level) - for training and internal use
• You live in Athens area or you are ready to relocate (we can support your relocation and accommodation)
• Interest in social media, digital advertising and online trends
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Motivation to learn and grow in digital marketing environment
