Job title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Tenerife, Spain
Salary: €40.000-€50.000 gross per year + bonus
Start date: ASAP
For our client, a well-established hospitality group, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take true ownership of digital growth: the person will control the paid media budget, decide how every euro is spent, and answer for what it delivers — covers, reservations and returning guests.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the group's media budget and distribute it across venues, channels and seasons according to performance; plan, launch and continuously optimise campaigns on Meta, Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Maps) and TikTok — plus whatever platform proves its worth. Run always-on, seasonal and launch activity, react fast when a venue needs a boost, and steer creative testing together with the content team.
- Manage group and venue websites through the CMS — content, menus, offers, landing pages and new launches; improve the booking journey through constant testing of pages, CTAs and flows to grow direct reservations; build sites for new concepts as the portfolio expands, each with its own personality but to a shared performance standard.
- Own Google Business Profiles across the entire portfolio (accuracy, photos, posts, review replies, rankings); lead local SEO so every venue is findable in English, Spanish and the languages guests actually search in; build presence where travellers plan their trips — review platforms, booking sites, travel guides and partners.
- Write and edit commercial copy that converts across pages, ads, emails, offers and listings; apply SEO, UX writing and accessibility (WCAG) best practice; set the standards, templates and review processes that keep twenty brands consistent yet distinct; run regular audits and manage localisation, using AI-enabled content and personalisation pragmatically.
- Own the guest journey from first touch to first booking and beyond — repeat visits, loyalty, referrals; build audiences from booking, guest and site data to run remarketing and cross-venue journeys; tailor campaigns to distinct source markets (a German family, a British couple and a local resident all want different things); plan and write CRM content including automated journeys and lifecycle emails; bring the guest's perspective into offers and operations; adapt the playbook for every new opening.
- Set up and maintain tracking, pixels and conversion events so every campaign traces back to bookings; run an ongoing test-and-learn programme across the funnel and kill quickly what doesn't deliver; own the growth dashboard (first bookings, repeat visits, return on spend by venue and market) and report monthly to leadership.
- Manage and develop a digital marketing assistant towards full ownership of day-to-day campaign delivery.
You'll collaborate closely with marketing, operations and venue teams, with a direct line to decision-makers.
Key requirements:
You've handled real budgets and can prove what they returned. You feel as at home inside an ad manager in the morning as you do explaining results to a commercially minded general manager in the afternoon. You like data — but you know a great dinner sells itself when the right person sees it at the right moment.
- The right to live and work in Spain
- 3+ years running Google Ads and Meta campaigns with direct budget ownership and measurable results
- Proven experience across PPC, SEO, analytics and conversion optimisation
- Website management through a CMS
- Confident with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager and digital reporting tools
- Growth and lifecycle track record: remarketing, CRM and journeys from first purchase to loyalty and referral
- Hands-on A/B testing, with the discipline to stop what fails and turn results into clear recommendations
- Excellent written English — you write, edit and proofread copy that sells
- A commercial mindset: you think in bookings and revenue, not likes
- Highly organised, able to juggle multiple brands, stakeholders and projects, proactive, with experience managing or mentoring others
- Hospitality, travel, lifestyle or premium brand background
- Multi-brand / multi-site campaign experience
- Booking and CRM platforms (e.g. SevenRooms)
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile management at scale
- UX writing and WCAG accessibility knowledge
- Localisation / translation management for international markets
- Additional languages — especially Spanish, German or French
No visa sponsorship is provided.
