Digital Sales Representative in Krakow | Czech or Slovak & English

We are looking for Czech or Slovak speakers to join an international team in Kraków. If you enjoy building relationships, identifying opportunities and achieving goals, this could be your next step.

What will you do?

• Manage and develop a portfolio of customer accounts

• Understand customer needs and recommend digital advertising solutions

• Identify upselling opportunities and help clients improve campaign performance

• Build long-term customer relationships

• Work towards individual sales targets and shared team goals

What’s on offer?

• Approximately €2,175 gross per month in base salary, plus performance-related bonuses

• Approximately €2,290 gross relocation bonus to support your move

• Permanent employment contract

• Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

• Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 7:00 and 10:00 AM

• 8-hour working day with a 30-minute break

• Comprehensive 4-week training programme and ongoing sales development

Who are we looking for?

• Czech or Slovak at B2+/C1 level or higher

• English at B2 level or higher

• Strong communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach

• An interest in sales, digital technology and achieving targets

• Currently based in Kraków or willing to relocate

Previous sales experience is an advantage, but a strong sales mindset and willingness to learn are equally important.
