Your mission

Become the trusted point of contact for customers using digital services and online platforms.

You will communicate with users through written channels, assist with account-related and general inquiries, provide guidance on non-technical issues and ensure every customer receives a professional and timely resolution. Your contribution will help deliver a seamless customer experience and maintain high satisfaction levels.

What you bring

• Fluent Norwegian or Danish and good command of English (B2 level).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence working with digital tools and online platforms.
• Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly.
• A customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
