What You'll Do
Content & Advertisement Review
Review user-generated content and online advertisements
Check content against platform policies and community standards
Identify and take appropriate action on policy-violating content
Trust & Safety Operations
Monitor digital content to help maintain a safe online environment
Detect harmful, misleading, or inappropriate material
Apply established policies and procedures consistently
Risk Assessment & Escalation
Assess potentially risky or sensitive content
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams
Follow procedures when handling high-risk or sensitive material
Documentation & Quality
Maintain accurate moderation records
Make consistent and well-informed decisions
Follow quality, compliance, and productivity standards
Please note: This role involves reviewing sensitive online content, which may occasionally include graphic, disturbing, or otherwise challenging material.
What We're Looking For
Language Skills
Arabic: C1 level or higher
English: B2 level or higher

24/7 operational environment
Monday to Sunday
Rotational shifts
5 working days per week
8-hour shifts
40 hours per week
2 days off according to the rotating schedule
