About the Role
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialist to join an international team dedicated to creating a safer online environment. In this role, you will review and moderate user-generated content and advertisements, ensuring they comply with platform policies and community guidelines.
This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about digital safety, online integrity, and maintaining high-quality user experiences across global platforms.
Your Responsibilities
Review and moderate user-generated content, advertisements, and online materials.
Ensure content complies with platform policies, community standards, and legal requirements.
Identify and take appropriate action on content that violates guidelines.
Analyze and evaluate content accurately and efficiently.
Escalate complex or sensitive cases when necessary.
Maintain high levels of quality, productivity, and consistency.
Stay updated on moderation policies and platform procedures.
Contribute to maintaining a safe and trustworthy online environment.
Requirements
Fluent Dutch (C1/C2 level).
Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to make objective decisions based on established guidelines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Resilient and capable of handling sensitive online content.
Previous experience in content moderation, trust & safety, customer support, or related fields is considered an advantage.
Good organizational and communication skills.
