The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Executive Director Clinical Services, you will provide strategic, operational and clinical leadership across key service areas within Forensicare. This role offers the opportunity to influence clinical excellence, workforce strategy, service innovation and system-wide outcomes in one of Australia's most respected specialist mental health services. You will work alongside senior medical, nursing and operational leaders to: Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional consumer outcomes. Drive clinical governance, safety and quality initiatives. Shape contemporary models of forensic mental health care. Support the recruitment, retention and development of a highly skilled medical workforce. Build strong partnerships across health, justice, academic and government sectors. Contribute to organisational strategy and future service development. About You You are an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist with a strong track record of clinical leadership, service improvement and stakeholder engagement. You are known for your ability to influence, inspire and lead through complexity while maintaining a strong focus on consumer-centred care. You will bring: Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) or equivalent. Registration, or eligibility for registration, as a medical practitioner in Victoria. Senior leadership experience within complex health services. Expertise in clinical governance, quality and risk management. Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills. A commitment to innovation, service excellence and workforce development.
