We are looking for top talent with a growth mindset. The Director, Franchise RGM, will be responsible for the implementation of overall Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Strategies for Coca-Cola Puerto Rico. This role is the key link between Coca-Cola Puerto Rico Bottlers, Coca-Cola North America (NAOU) RGM, Finance, and Execution teams to implement the growth strategies. This person will develop regional insights that influence the bottler on the execution of the OBPPC (including new packages and configuration recommendations, product mix, channel priorities, and pricing strategies), route-to-market (RTM) recommendations, and promotion and trade investment.

- Leading business reporting routines (internal and with the bottler) to become the foremost business expert in the Puerto Rico region, delivering data-driven insights to identify drivers and opportunities continuously.
- Integrating additional data sources (e.g., Nielsen, RED, Cube, Execution Audits) to gain an understanding of channels, customers, and consumers to provide growth recommendations to the bottler.
- Developing recommendations for product and packaging opportunities based on local capabilities, including product/pack innovation, mix shifts, and new packaging configurations.
- Delivering shopper and consumer insights using data on consumer behavior, occasion-based consumption, and shopper missions to guide decisions.
- Providing demand and elasticity analytics by measuring how pricing and promotions impact volume, revenue, and profit, and recommending actions.
- Securing bottler alignment for pricing, promotional, and packaging strategies.
- Leading cross-functional and cross-entity workstreams to uncover growth opportunities.
- Advancing RGM capabilities and best practices across the franchise team and the bottler.
- Becoming an integral member of the Puerto Rico franchise team to support the execution of the calendar big bets.
- Leading the annual revenue planning process in collaboration with the local Finance lead, ensuring alignment on sources of growth, retail strategies, and targets.
- Overseeing bottler plan submissions, ensuring adherence to timelines and overarching plan guidance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or Business. A master’s degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial, RGM, strategy, finance, business planning, and/or forecasting.
- Experience in Annual Business Planning and strategic thinking, including developing and evaluating business goals and strategies, analyzing information to derive insights and implications to initiate planning/re-planning, and tracking KPIs.

- Experience working with financial data in the beverage or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with strong written and verbal presentation abilities.
