- Set the strategic vision and operating model for Marketing Data Enablement and Operations, establishing clear priorities, capabilities and ways of working to support long-term business ambitions.
- Lead the Commercial Marketing Data Foundation transformation, developing scalable data capabilities, platforms and processes that improve accessibility, efficiency and marketing decision-making.
- Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives in partnership with Marketing, Digital Product, Engineering and other stakeholders, navigating dependencies and ensuring successful execution.
- Translate technical complexity into business value, identifying opportunities to streamline manual processes, improve data enablement and deliver measurable operational improvements.

Play your part in our team succeeding
Our marketing organisation is evolving, with an increasing focus on building the data foundations, capabilities and ways of working needed to support more effective, connected and insight-driven marketing.
The Marketing Operations & Data Enablement function will play a pivotal role in this transformation, enabling teams to access and use marketing data more efficiently while developing scalable solutions that support our future ambitions.
As the leader of this newly established function, you will have the opportunity to shape its strategy, build its capabilities and create meaningful change across the wider organisation.
Your success will depend not only on your understanding of data and technology, but on your ability to inspire people, influence senior stakeholders and bring together teams to deliver ambitious outcomes.
Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for an accomplished leader who brings a strong combination of people leadership, technical understanding and proven transformation experience.
- Significant leadership experience at Director level, with a proven track record of leading, developing and empowering multidisciplinary teams within a complex, international organisation.
- Demonstrable ownership of large-scale transformation initiatives, including developing the strategy, building organisational capabilities and successfully delivering change with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong technical understanding of data enablement, data platforms, infrastructure and data-driven operations, with the credibility to guide technical specialists, challenge assumptions and make informed strategic decisions.
- Experience establishing, integrating or scaling teams and functions, including defining operating models, building capabilities and embedding effective governance and ways of working.
- Outstanding senior stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly, create compelling business cases and secure alignment across executive-level audiences.
- Proven cross-functional leadership, particularly navigating dependencies between business teams, Digital Product, Engineering and technology stakeholders to deliver strategic priorities.
- A balance of strategic vision and operational execution, demonstrating the ability to set direction while remaining sufficiently close to the detail to challenge, unblock and deliver.
- Exceptional people leadership, with a genuine commitment to developing talent, building trust, fostering collaboration and leading teams successfully through ambiguity and change.
Experience within Management Consulting, particularly in strategy, technology-enabled transformation or operating model development, would be an advantage when combined with substantial experience leading teams and delivering transformation in a business environment.
Experience within marketing technology, marketing data or related data enablement functions would also be valuable.
Above all, we are looking for a leader who can bring people together, create a compelling vision and turn strategic ambition into lasting organisational impact.
