Requirements: RN license in the state of Iowa, (or compact state license) 3-5 years of related clinical practice and 1-2 years in a clinical leadership role. Baccalaureate degree in nursing or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS (within 6 months of hire), and TNCC (within one year of hire).
