An established healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing – Cardiovascular Services to lead a growing cardiovascular nursing program as part of a rapidly expanding cardiovascular service line. Key Responsibilities Oversight of CV-ICU, Heart Failure, and Med/Surg units Leadership of nursing teams and frontline staff Accountability for clinical quality, operations, and patient outcomes Collaboration with physician and interdisciplinary leadership Requirements Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN) required Masters Degree in Nursing (completed or in progress within 2 years) Active RN license Leadership experience supporting VAD/LVAD and ECMO programs 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience 2+ years in a nursing leadership role Important: VAD/LVAD and ECMO experience must be clearly listed on the resume.
