The Role: As our client's Director of Operations , you'll be at the helm of their Canadian operations, focusing on Safety, Quality, Manufacturing, and Project Management. Your strategic leadership will drive manufacturing excellence and project efficiency. You'll also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure on-budget and on-time project delivery. Qualifications: Years of progressive experience in an OEM-based, engineering, and manufacturing environments. Bachelor's degree in Engineering (a secondary or graduate degree in Business Administration is a plus). Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive performance and build effective teams. Proficiency in areas such as supply chain, estimating, change management, strategic planning, project management, and P&L is considered an asset Knowledge of Job Costing, Bills of Materials, and ERP systems is considered an asset.
