Develop and improve supply-chain systems, planning infrastructure, and operational tooling to support scalable operations. Align demand forecasts, procurement activity, inventory strategy, and manufacturing capacity planning. Own inventory strategy, warehouse operations, kitting, replenishment, and material flow to support efficient production execution. Improve inventory visibility, inventory health, warehouse efficiency, and production-line supportability across manufacturing programs. Partner with Procurement leadership to manage supplier performance, delivery risks, capacity constraints, and supply continuity issues. Oversee domestic and international logistics operations, including transportation performance and import/export compliance. Lead operational supply reviews, shortage reviews, and supply-chain escalation forums while providing executive reporting and recommendations on material readiness, supplier risk, and operational performance.
