Position Overview: As the Director of Surgical Services , you'll be at the helm, spearheading the organization, direction, and supervision of our Surgical unit. Your responsibilities will encompass ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, maintaining optimal staffing levels, overseeing inventory and equipment, and orchestrating streamlined patient flow. Your expertise will drive the development, implementation, and management of departmental budgets while championing continuous quality improvement initiatives.
