What you will do
- Develop PR strategies for brand priorities, product franchises, innovations, and purpose-led campaigns.
- Own the global PR calendar and messaging framework across product, brand, corporate, and thought leadership communications.
- Build media relations across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and business publications, including artist-led and cultural moments.
- Oversee the US media agency and manage media, VIP, and makeup artist seeding programs.
- Lead 360 PR planning for global launches, events, and campaigns, including press releases, mailers, toolkits, asset packs, and event guidelines.
- Partner with Brand, Retail, Social, Creative, regional teams, and leadership while managing budgets, timelines, KPIs, and campaign reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of public relations or brand communications experience, ideally in beauty, luxury, fashion, or lifestyle.
- Success developing dynamic, results-driven communication strategies and strong press communications.
- Excellent writing, presentation, communication, and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Deep familiarity with the global beauty landscape, emerging tastemakers, and artist-led storytelling.
- Experience presenting to leadership and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
- Ability to work from the corporate office three days per week in West Hollywood or New York City.
