The Director, RGM Customer Execution leads Revenue Growth Management for the Walmart Customer Team, with responsibility for the Stills portfolio in-store and the total Coca-Cola portfolio in eCommerce.

This hands-on role uses data, analytics and financial modeling to develop customer-specific pricing, package, assortment, promotion and investment strategies, then partners across the Walmart Customer Team and Coca-Cola system to turn those recommendations into action and deliver revenue, volume, transaction and profit goals.

What You'll Do for Us

Drive Stills & eCommerce Growth

  • Use pre- and post-event analysis to improve promotional effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Recommend deployment of Customer Collaboration Funds and other trade/customer investments based on incremental growth and financial return.

Drive Performance & Influence Execution

  • Lead RGM performance-management routines and support customer business reviews, identifying gaps to revenue, volume, transaction and profit goals and recommending actions to close them.
  • Translate complex customer, financial and performance data into clear insights and recommendations for the Walmart Customer Team.
  • Partner with Sales, Finance and Forecasting to improve forecasts and proactively identify risks and opportunities around customer events, innovation and promotional periods.
  • Influence cross-functional and Coca-Cola system stakeholders to align behind recommendations and execute Walmart RGM priorities.
  • Build RGM capability across the customer team through insights, tools and decision support.

What You'll Need

  • Strong understanding of pricing, promotion, assortment, package mix and trade/customer investment.
  • Experience building financial and analytical models and translating results into commercial recommendations.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical capabilities, including scenario modeling and analysis of customer, syndicated, financial and internal performance data.
