ROLE SUMMARY

Why Patients Need You

Breakthroughs that change patients' lives are at the center of everything we do at Pfizer, and trusted data is what makes those breakthroughs possible at scale. Pfizer Global Supply's ability to get medicines to patients depends on clear, reliable visibility into how our network is performing — from manufacturing sites to markets — and on the data, analytics, dashboards, and insights that turn that data into action. In this role, you will lead the team and platforms that make that visibility possible across PGS, helping colleagues at every level make faster, better-informed decisions in service of patients.

Reporting to the Director, PGS Enterprise Analytics, this role owns full end-to-end accountability for PGS’s sustainability, environmental, safety and climate-related risk reporting and disclosure program. The role is responsible for the processes, governance, controls, data, and judgment required to accurately measure, assess, and report Pfizer's environmental and safety performance to internal and external stakeholders. This includes ownership of climate-related risk and opportunity disclosures, including the identification, assessment, management, and reporting of climate-related risks, opportunities, and mitigation activities. The role also ensures compliance with an evolving landscape of regulatory and voluntary disclosure frameworks, including climate, environmental, and sustainability reporting requirements (e.g., CSRD, CDP, SBTi, TCFD, ESG ratings, and Net Zero commitments), and is accountable for the integrity, robustness, and auditability of the underlying data, methodologies, controls, and reporting processes that support these disclosures.

The role also owns Pfizer Global Supply's compliance with FDA drug shortage risk reporting obligations under the CARES Act (FDCA Section 506C), including risk management plan maintenance and manufacturing discontinuation/interruption notification and annual reporting requirements.

The team's specialists run the day-to-day execution of environmental, colleague safety, and sustainability reporting and disclosure activities, including data management, analysis, and reporting processes. This role provides overall leadership and accountability for the program, establishing strategic direction, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of reporting processes and controls, addressing emerging regulatory and disclosure requirements, and representing the function to senior leaders and external stakeholders. The role carries dual accountability:

• as a people leader, leading and growing a team of sustainability/EHS reporting specialists (environmental and safety reporting SMEs, regulatory disclosure analysts), and coordinating closely with the adjacent GTEL Sustainability team on shared Scope 1/2 energy and GHG emissions reporting accountabilities;

• as the senior environmental and safety disclosures owner, personally accountable for the completeness, accuracy, and strategic direction of Pfizer Global Supply's environmental, safety, sustainability, and climate-related reporting and disclosures. The role partners with senior stakeholders across Pfizer, including the Responsible Business Growth office, Environmental Sustainability leadership, the Net Zero Core Team, Environmental and Sustainability Law, SEO Leadership, and other subject matter experts, to ensure disclosures are aligned with Pfizer's strategy, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations.

Given the specialized nature of this domain, the successful candidate will bring deep, hands-on sustainability/EHS reporting expertise and will operate with a high degree of autonomy, serving as PGS Enterprise Analytics' trusted, accountable owner of this space.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

In order of importance:

• Team Leadership & People Management — Lead, coach, and grow a team of sustainability/regulatory reporting specialists (environmental and safety SMEs, data analysts, and a newly created Manager position), assigning work across CDP, SBTi, Net Zero, TCFD, regulatory disclosures, and environmental data domains. Partner closely with the adjacent GTEL Sustainability team on shared Scope 1/2 energy/GHG resources.

• End-to-End Disclosure Ownership & Accountability — Own full accountability for Pfizer's environmental, health, safety, and climate-related reporting commitments (Impact Report, CDP, SBTi, Net Zero, TCFD, ESG ratings, and jurisdictional/regulatory disclosures including the emerging CSRD requirement effective with the 2027 reporting year). Establish and oversee the governance, processes, controls, and methodologies necessary to ensure sustainability, environmental, safety, and climate-related data and disclosures are robust, reliable, and audit-ready, while providing direction on complex, emerging, or ambiguous reporting requirements.

• FDA CARES Act & Drug Shortage Risk Reporting — Own Pfizer Global Supply's compliance with FDA drug shortage risk reporting obligations under the CARES Act (FDCA Section 506C), including maintaining required risk management plans, notifying FDA of manufacturing discontinuations or interruptions that could cause meaningful disruption, and completing annual drug manufacturing volume reporting. Partner with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Manufacturing/Supply teams to ensure timely, accurate submissions.

• Regulatory & Jurisdictional Reporting Strategy — Partner with the Responsible Business Growth office, Environmental and Sustainability Law, and other key stakeholders to monitor and respond to the evolving regulatory reporting landscape, including climate-related disclosure requirements such as CSRD. Ensure Pfizer's environmental, safety, sustainability, and climate-related reporting remains aligned with applicable regulatory requirements, enterprise disclosure positions, and stakeholder expectations.

• Impact Report & CDP Disclosure Leadership — Own the environmental, safety, sustainability, and climate-related components of Pfizer's annual Impact Report and CDP disclosure, engaging subject matter experts, data owners, and reviewers across GTEL, SEO, Global Procurement, Global Supply Chain Sustainability and other stakeholder groups to develop, review, and finalize disclosure content, data, and narrative on schedule.

• Governance, Controls & Budget — Serve as control approver for E&S KPI reporting and own the team's budget, including contractor and third-party assurance spend.

• Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Partnership — Represent PGS Sustainability & Regulatory Disclosures to Procurement, External Supply, GSC Sustainability, and Travel ES teams, and to third-party assurance providers and ESG ratings agencies; partner with the GTEL Sustainability team on shared Scope 1/2 accountabilities.

• Team Capability & Automation — Sponsor continued investment in dashboarding, automation, and AI-enabled reporting capabilities to scale reporting capacity as jurisdictional requirements grow.

• EHS/BCM practitioner with broad technical and management systems implementation experience.

• Track record of leading cross-functional or virtual teams in complex, global organizations.

• Familiarity with FDA regulatory reporting obligations (e.g., CARES Act Section 506C drug shortage risk management and reporting) a plus.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
