Job Purpose

The Honda Powersports & Products (PS&P) District Parts & Accessories Business Manager serves as the primary liaison between Honda's Parts, Accessories & Business Department and Honda Powersports dealerships within an assigned territory. This position is responsible for driving Parts & Accessories sales, improving dealership Parts and Service operations, increasing profitability, and supporting customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Accountabilities

  • Drive Parts & Accessories sales through proactive dealership visits, promotions, and sales campaigns.

  • Partner with dealers to improve fixed operations profitability, customer satisfaction, and retention.

  • Increase Honda Protection Plan (HPP) sales penetration and Service Operations Training enrollment.

  • Support dealer network development, administration, orientation, and training.

  • Conduct regular dealership visits, prioritizing top-performing and strategic dealerships.

  • Analyze dealership performance reports to identify opportunities for improving Parts and Service operations.

  • Develop, monitor, and adjust action plans using the PDCA process to achieve dealership objectives.

  • Recommend strategies to increase Parts sales, service department profitability, and dealer participation in Honda programs.

  • Support retail Parts & Accessories merchandising initiatives.

  • Collaborate with internal Parts, Accessories, Marketing, Development, and Honda Protection Plan teams.

  • Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners, management, and staff.

  • Independently manage territory schedules, dealership visits, and business priorities.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or Powersports Technologies.

  • Minimum five years of powersports industry experience at the retail dealership or OEM level.

  • Experience managing dealership Parts and/or Service departments.

  • Strong understanding of dealership operations and fixed operations profitability.

  • Extensive powersports product knowledge and familiarity with powersports operations and riding.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze dealer performance reports and develop actionable business improvement plans.

  • Strong organizational, time management, and independent territory management skills.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • Willingness to travel overnight up to 80% and relocate as needed.
