About Oracle Cloud Infrastructure

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) powers the world's most demanding workloads, helping organizations innovate with secure, high-performance cloud services. As OCI continues its rapid growth, we're investing in operational excellence, strategic initiatives, and scalable business processes that enable our teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and accelerate innovation.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Program Manager to help drive strategic business initiatives that support OCI's continued growth. This role will partner across product, engineering, operations, finance, and executive leadership to coordinate high-impact programs, improve operational effectiveness, and ensure successful execution of key business priorities.

You will help translate strategic priorities into actionable plans while providing leadership with the visibility and insights needed to make informed decisions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, improving operational processes, and leading programs that have broad organizational impact.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Track budgets, headcount, and hiring progress.
  • Coordinate planning cycles, weekly business reviews, and critical project updates.
  • Analyze business data and prepare reports to support leadership decisions.
  • Coordinate stakeholders, track actions, and drive cross-functional initiatives forward.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, business operations, strategy, consulting, or a related business discipline.
  • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others and interpret business data to inform decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing budgets, headcount planning, and hiring processes.
  • Project or program management certifications.
  • Experience defining new projects and developing strategic initiatives.
