The role involves providing high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes. Candidates must have a valid driving licence and access to a car. Key Responsibilities: Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming. Support clients with mobility and physical exercises. Help with household tasks including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation. Administer medications and monitor health conditions. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist clients in maintaining their independence and quality of life. Follow care plans and report any changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team. Maintain accurate records of care provided. Requirements: Valid UK driving licence and access to a car. Previous experience in domiciliary or similar care is preferred. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
