All technicians must have the ability to work well in a high-paced working environment. The individual must work well as part of the team and independently from the FlyLock owner. The position is a hands-on technical position geared toward an individual who has a technical mindset. Ideal candidates will have locksmithing knowledge and demonstrate the ability to learn new technical methods and techniques. The responsibilities of a FlyLock Security Solutions Specialist consist of the following: Ability to install, repair, and maintain Commercial and Residential hardware. Ability to install, repair, and maintain Access Control Hardware Safe and Card Access experience is a Huge Plus Full Frame/Door Replacement experience is a Huge Plus Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to troubleshoot with a variety of variables in situations. Ability to effectively present information to office & customers. Operations Support: Receive verbal instructions from Management or Clients/Customers. Perform small projects as directed by Management. Complete and submit electronic paperwork accurately and on time. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills: Technical hands-on field experience in locksmithing, access control, door hardware, and other skilled trades required. Good relationship-building skills with a diverse population including all customers’ partners, technicians, and all other company employees. Good verbal, communication, & organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple functions at the same time. Able to work with minimal supervision. Capable of working effectively as part of a team. Ability to drive in compliance with company vehicle policy. Provide a high level of timely & accurate customer service. Respond to general inquiries from customers/clients. Physical Requirements: Must be able to fluently understand, speak, and write English. Ability to push, pull, and lift at least 50 lbs. Ability to climb a ladder and work above ground.
