Role summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Driver cum Helper to support our daily operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting technicians, collecting and delivering materials, assisting with warehouse operations, and providing general support to the maintenance team whenever required.
This role requires punctuality, flexibility, and a positive attitude, as it plays a vital role in ensuring our field operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Report to the company warehouse by 7:00 AM each working day.
- Safely transport technicians to and from customer sites across Dubai.
- Pick up, deliver, and return materials, tools, equipment, and supplies as instructed.
- Ensure timely collection of materials from suppliers and delivery to project sites.
- Assist technicians with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Support warehouse operations, including organizing materials, stock handling, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Provide general assistance to site teams whenever operationally required.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and ensure the company vehicle is kept clean and well maintained.
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues or traffic incidents immediately.
- Follow all UAE traffic regulations and company safety procedures.
- Maintain a professional attitude and represent the company positively at all times.
Requirements
- Mandatory Valid UAE Driving Licence (Manual Licence preferred).
- Previous experience as a company driver, preferably with a maintenance, construction, or facility management company.
- Good knowledge of Dubai roads and navigation.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Physically fit and willing to assist with loading, unloading, and general helper duties.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Good attitude, honesty, and willingness to support the operations team.
