Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the technology or digital sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach. Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office products. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
