What Youll Do
Support Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with empathy and professionalism
Troubleshoot service or technical issues (full training provided)
Keep accurate customer records and provide helpful feedback
Collaborate with a young, international team that values communication and fun
What Were Looking For
Native-level Dutch (C2) and solid English skills (minimum B2)
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
A friendly attitude, curiosity, and a willingness to learn
No prior experience needed well train you from the ground up
You must already live in Greece or be ready to relocate (remote work is only possible within Greece)
