We are seeking energetic, charismatic, and fluent Dutch speakers to work as lead hosts for live digital broadcasts produced in downtown Madrid. Operating as an interactive broadcast host, you will deliver high-energy entertainment while acting as a core brand ambassador. Working inside a state-of-the-art studio, you will present live Dutch-language streams and connect directly with a global online audience. Key Role & Responsibilities On-Air Hosting: Lead lively, fast-paced live broadcasts featuring a refined, high-energy screen presence. Audience Interaction: Chat directly with live viewers to foster a welcoming online environment and increase viewer engagement and retention. Professional Appearance: Maintain flawless personal grooming, posture, and visual presentation standards while on air. Compliance Standards: Follow strict operational protocols to ensure complete accuracy, fairness, and transparency during all broadcast streams. Studio Collaboration: Work side-by-side with floor managers and technical crews to produce seamless, high-quality live shows. Pay & Performance Incentives Base Pay: A reliable base salary of €1,500 monthly. Language Pay: An additional €4.00 per hour during live Dutch broadcast sessions. Quality Incentive: Up to €3.00 per hour extra based on presentation quality and operational metrics. Night Shift Extra: A 20% pay premium for any work shifts completed between 22:55 and 08:00. Overall Earning Potential: Total gross earnings typically fall between €1,850 and €2,100 per month for a standard 40-hour work week. Moving & Relocation Support Travel Included: Covered airfare to Madrid (or high-speed train tickets if relocating from within Spain). Temporary Housing: 25 days of company-funded accommodation upon arrival to help you settle into the city comfortably. Relocation Allowance: A €1,500 cash payment to help cover initial setup costs and moving expenses.
