As a Customer Care Specialist, you will listen carefully, identify the right solution, and ensure every customer receives accurate, efficient, and respectful assistance. You will also collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and contribute to the team’s continued success.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer and technical support through phone, email, and chat
- Understand customer concerns and deliver clear, accurate, and timely solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues using available systems, tools, and internal resources
- Handle customer interactions professionally, with satisfaction as the primary goal
- Record relevant information and follow established procedures
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in team and departmental initiatives
- Share feedback and updates that support service and process improvements
- Adapt confidently to changes in processes, systems, and information
What We’re Looking For
- Dutch fluency at C1, C2, or native level, both spoken and written
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, technical support, a help desk, or another IT-related support function
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience communicating with customers by phone and email
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Confidence using internet-based tools, Microsoft Office, and other PC software applications
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a remote or international team
- Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working with changing processes and information
- Good understanding of social media platforms
- Willingness to complete a background screening
- EU citizenship or an existing valid work permit for Greece is required
Salary and Benefits
- €1,600 gross per month
- Two additional salaries per year
