This important role is designed to ensure that our Dutch-speaking clients receive superior support and service, fostering lasting customer relationships and enhancing overall satisfaction. Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison for Dutch-speaking customers, providing support through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. Enhance customer satisfaction by efficiently addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns that arise. Document customer interactions and feedback using our CRM system, ensuring accurate record-keeping. Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to the overall customer experience. Work collaboratively with different teams to implement solutions that boost customer happiness. Keep updated on product knowledge to provide insightful support and recommendations to customers. Foster a positive team dynamic by sharing ideas and participating in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service. Fluency in Dutch and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Prior experience in customer service or similar roles is preferred. Strong ability to build rapport and maintain effective relationships with customers. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus. Highly organized with a keen attention to detail when managing customer interactions.
