Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, providing outstanding support through phone, email, and chat. Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries about our products and services. Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and maximize the benefits of our solutions. Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure a positive experience. Document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for continual improvement. Collaborate with internal teams to identify upselling opportunities and enhance customer engagement. Stay up-to-date on product updates and industry trends to offer knowledgeable support to clients. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service or customer success roles is strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM software and standard office tools. A positive attitude and a true passion for supporting customer success.
