Key Responsibilities: Review, evaluate, and moderate an array of user-generated content for compliance with guidelines. Identify inappropriate content and address violations promptly. Document moderation actions and contribute to reporting and analysis. Work collaboratively within a team to enhance moderation workflows. Stay informed about updates to content moderation standards and best practices. Fluency in German and a solid command of English; additional languages are a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities. Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Experience in content moderation or a related field is advantageous, yet not essential. Strong communication skills with a focus on user satisfaction and community building. Willingness to adapt in a dynamic environment and embrace evolving guidelines. Must be open to relocating to Malta and integrating into a collaborative team culture.
