Monitor social media channels to ensure timely responses to comments, messages, and questions from users. Engage proactively with customers to enhance their experience and foster brand loyalty. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure alignment of communications with brand messaging. Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and recommend improvements. Assist in creating engaging social media content that resonates with the Dutch-speaking audience. Stay updated on social media best practices and trends to provide informed support and insights. Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in social media support, community management, or customer service is preferred. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and effective engagement strategies. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with social media analytics tools is an advantage.
