Responsibilities Provide high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Educate customers on product features and best practices for optimal usage. Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address and escalate complex issues. Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with the solutions provided. Stay informed on product changes and industry developments to enhance the quality of support. Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly desirable. Strong technical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting skills. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving capabilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer experience. Experience with CRM systems and remote support tools is advantageous. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
