포지션 소개

Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, 자사몰 등 온라인 판매 채널을 관리하고 성장시킬 E-commerce Account / Digital Marketing Specialist를 모십니다. 판매 관리, 수요 예측, 재고 할당, 디지털 마케팅, 공급망 팀과의 협업을 담당합니다.

이커머스 채널 경험이 있으면 우대하지만, 경험이 없더라도 열정과 성장 의지가 있다면 자체 트레이닝을 통해 전문 스페셜리스트로 성장할 수 있도록 지원합니다.

주요 업무

• 이커머스 채널 관리: Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, 자사몰의 판매 운영, 상품 등록, 가격, 광고, 프로모션 관리

• 디지털 마케팅 및 매출 최적화: 마케팅 성과와 채널 실적 분석을 통한 목표 매출 달성

• 수요 예측 및 재고 관리: 프로모션과 판매 계획에 맞춘 수요 예측과 재고 할당

• 프로모션 기획: 주간·월간·연간 프로모션 수립, 실행, 성과 분석

• 시장 및 경쟁사 분석: 경쟁사와 시장 동향 모니터링을 통한 성장 기회 발굴

자격 요건

• 4년제 학사 학위 이상

• 한국어·영어 이중언어 가능자 우대

• 이커머스 채널 운영 경험자 우대 (경험이 없어도 자체 트레이닝 제공)

• 디지털 마케팅, 온라인 광고, CPG, 리테일, 공급망 경험자 우대

• 컴퓨터 활용 능력 및 이커머스 플랫폼에 대한 이해

• 데이터 분석 능력, 꼼꼼함, 업무 조직력

• 부서 간 협업 및 원활한 커뮤니케이션·협상 능력

About the Role

We are looking for an E-commerce Account / Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels, including Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and our direct-to-consumer website. The role covers sales management, demand forecasting, inventory allocation, digital marketing, and close collaboration with our supply chain team.

E-commerce platform experience is a plus, but not required. We provide hands-on training for motivated candidates who want to grow into e-commerce specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Account & Sales Management: Run day-to-day operations on Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair, and our own website, including listings, pricing, promotions, and advertising.

• Digital Marketing & Revenue Growth: Analyze marketing and channel performance to meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Demand Forecasting & Inventory Allocation: Forecast demand and allocate inventory in line with promotional calendars and sales plans.

• Promotions & Campaigns: Plan, execute, and evaluate weekly, monthly, and annual promotional campaigns.

• Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors and e-commerce trends to find new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required

• Fluency in Korean and English strongly preferred

• E-commerce channel management experience preferred; entry-level candidates who are eager to learn are welcome

• Background in digital marketing, online advertising, CPG, retail, or supply chain is a plus

• Comfortable with computers and e-commerce platforms

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organization

• Clear communicator who works well across teams and with partners
